what is my options when I am being accused of sexual harassment

I was sent home without pay 12 days ago for sexual harassment of a student who training at RUSH Uni Med Cen while they invesgitat, the student claim I grab her in the elevator and tried to kiss her, another person was there, this student made sexual comments to me and hugged and kissed me she is a married woman who i think is feeling guilty for action to me so she made the complaint, other tech saw her flirt with me but was never interviewed, so I have a case of being falsely accused of can the hospital still terminate me?

I don't quite understand your facts. Are you saying that another person witnessed the incident in the elevator? Do you know what the other person says happened? If the student hugged and kissed you instead of vice versa, did you file a complaint of sexual harassment? If not, you probably should. As to whether the hospital "can" terminate you, of course they "can." The question is whether you can do anything about the termination. Assuming you don't have an employment agreement and you aren't covered under a collective bargaining agreement, the hospital can do about anything as long as the REASON for their action isn't based on your race, sex, religion, age, handicap, sexual orientation, or in retaliation for filing a worker's compensation claim or cooperating with law enforcement officials in an investigation.
