Non-Compete Issues. (Missouri)

After previously being a licensed massage therapist for 7 years, I worked as an independently contracted therapist for my ex. employer for almost 3. For the last month and a half of my employment, I was strictly an office manager, answering phones, booking appointments and hiring new therapists. After I was fired, my husband and I decided to open our own massage studio 15 miles away. Now she is trying to prevent me from working by threatening me with her lawyer and claims violation of a non-compete clause. Her non-compete statute has a radius of 50 miles for 2 years. However, she never provided any specialized training, nor were there any trade secrets shared specialized to her particular business. Is this a threat I should be concerned with?
