I was hired back in May of this year. Before I started the hiring manager was moved to a new role and his subordinate was promoted to be my supervisor. From day one she didn't seem very warm. She would not give me any direction, provided little guidance or training and documented every little mistake. Obviously with little guidance I made many mistakes. Soon she placed me on a PIP and a few weeks after that I was told I didn't meet the requirements of the position. I was given the option of resigning or being dismissed. I had to sign a letter saying I voluntarily resigned. I was given no severance nor did I sign any agreements not to sue.

My question is do I have a case for harassment or am I just an employee at will in the wrong place at the wrong time?
