Defamation
I have a co worker that is spreading rumor that I was giving oral sex and sex to the truck drivers. The drivers came to me asking if it was true and could they get on my team. This issue was brought to hr but they just said to stay away from each other while my co worker denied all of it. The other co workers told hr that she said it also. What do I need to do and will I need a lawyer or is this matter considered small claims
