About Me:

Brendan D. Hennessy, Esquire concentrates in employment matters on behalf of both employees and employers. For the past decade, he has handled hundreds of cases, appearing in court before the EEOC and the PHRC on discrimination and retaliation matters. In addition, he represents clients at unemployment compensation hearings, reviews severance agreements and assists in drafting employment handbooks. Mr. Hennessy teaches classes on Employment Law at Villanova University as an Adjunct Professor. He graduated from St. Joseph’s University and Temple School of Law where he served on Temple Law Review and the Moot Court Board. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
